So, it's time for my tags to get renewed...and after spending like an hour trying to think of a Saints vanity plate (unsuccessfully), I try to renew on the DMV's website. It's then that I hit a roadblock...I need an emissions inspection to proceed.
Ahhh...the joys of living in NoVA.
