Well, I had an awesome 5K this morning up in the Clarendon/Rosslyn sections of Arlington. It was great weather, and even though I'm still hovering the 25-26 minute time frame this year, I felt I ran a very strong one today. Anyways, I thought I'd share the results with you....because it's cool the way they have it set up.

Once there, click:
1. 5k Searchable Results and Course Simulation System
2. Then search by last name (I'm surprisingly the only Lynch that ran the 5K)
3. Once it found my name, click it in the bottom window...once my name show up in the top window area, click "Start Simulation"
Not much to it...but it's very cool nonetheless. Also of note I finished ahead of 536 other people!
