Apple failed me...

Well, finally had to deal with Apple tech support after all of the hardware I've bought from them.  The funny thing is, it's actually on my newest piece of Apple goodness Time Capsule.  That little guy has been getting a bit wonky the last week or so (after having it for a month or so).  It all worked out though, because after a 20 minute phone call with some very nice people, I'm being overnighted a replacement free of charge.

Cool... Apple tech support and customer support always get great marks in most PC press surveys.
Hope your new equipment works fine.
